These terms govern the financial planning engagements offered by Ripple Financial Planning Co., Ltd. By requesting or receiving an engagement, you agree to them.

What we provide

We provide written financial planning only: a household budget engagement, an emergency-fund planning engagement, or a combined engagement. Each engagement consists of a discovery session, a written plan, and a three-month follow-up, as described on the how we work page.

What we do not provide

We do not provide investment management, insurance placement, tax filing, accounting, debt restructuring, or legal advice. We do not take custody of your funds, and we do not earn commission from any third party for any product. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice.

Engagements and fees

Fees and package terms are set out in writing prior to the discovery session, based on which engagement your household needs. You will see the fee and what it includes before any payment is taken. The fee for an engagement is stated in KRW and does not include any amount for services we do not provide.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your household income, costs, and any existing reserve. A written plan is only as honest as the figures it is built on; if the figures you provide are not accurate, the plan will not be either, and we are not responsible for outcomes built on inaccurate inputs.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refund eligibility, timeframes, and processing are set out in the refund policy. If the terms here and the refund policy differ on a refund matter, the refund policy applies.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy policy. Your cookie consent choice, kept in your browser, is described in the cookie policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your engagement is the version published on this site on the date you confirm the engagement in writing.
