How we work
How an engagement runs
The shape of a Ripple engagement is the same whether you come in for a budget, an emergency-fund plan, or both. The point of fixing the shape is that you always know which step you are in, and what happens next.
1. Inquiry
You send a brief message via the form on the contact page. We respond within two working days by email to confirm what you want to look at first, and to suggest two or three available times for the discovery session.
2. Discovery session
A 50-minute conversation, in person at the Sinsa-dong office or by video. We walk through your income rhythm, fixed costs, irregular costs, and any reserve you already hold. No products are sold in this session, and no payment is taken during it.
3. Written plan
Within five business days of the discovery session, you receive the written plan: a monthly budget aligned to your actual pay dates, a target emergency-fund size with a staged saving path, and a one-page summary for the months that go wrong. The plan is delivered in English by default; Korean is available on request.
4. Three-month follow-up
A check-in after three months to read the plan against what actually happened. We adjust the targets, decide together whether another cycle is useful, and you keep the plan either way.
Where the work happens
The office is at 52-3, Garosu-gil, Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Discovery sessions can be held there or by video. The written plan is delivered by email, so the work can continue regardless of travel.
