We do not process sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information about race, ideology, health, biometrics, or financial account credentials.

Purposes of collection and use

We collect and use the information above only to:

  • Reply to your inquiry within two business days, by email
  • Confirm and schedule a discovery session, in person or by video
  • Prepare and deliver a written budget or emergency-fund plan
  • Conduct the three-month follow-up

We acknowledge inquiries within two business days by email. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry and delivering the engagement you ask about.

Retention and use periods

We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, and in any case no longer than is necessary to respond to the inquiry. Where an engagement is taken up, the written plan and the underlying notes are retained for the duration of the engagement plus one year, after which they are deleted unless a separate retention obligation applies.

If you ask us not to proceed with an engagement, your inquiry data is deleted within 30 days of that request.

Third-party provision and consignment

We do not provide your personal information to any third party, and we do not consign processing to an outside service. The inquiry form posts to a same-domain handler on this site only; no analytics, advertising, or tracking service receives your data.

Data-subject rights

Under PIPA you may exercise the following rights at any time, and we will respond without undue delay:

  • The right to be informed of what personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request access to and a copy of that information
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion of your information, subject to any separate retention obligation
  • The right to withdraw any consent you have given, including the cookie consent choice stored in your browser

How we keep your information safe

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to a same-domain handler. We do not store payment card details, bank account credentials, or investment account information through this site.
